1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item was purchased directly from our website

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels are attached

  • The item is in its original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories (unless defective)

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

For hygiene reasons, certain products may also be non-returnable.

3. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

  • Enza Costa Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for size or defective items. If you need a different size, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
